Do I need to be CQC registered if I offer anti-wrinkle injectable treatments?
Not for cosmetic treatments only, however, if used to treat a condition, for example; hyperhidrosis, TMD (bruxism) or migraines - yes, registration is required.
What happens if I operate without registration?
It is a criminal offence under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Fines, closure and prosecution are all possible.
